"Running your own home based business" simply means working for yourself and providing a service which people need in exchange they pay you for it. In this case you will have to make an investment just like any business to get started. The good thing about the internet is that there are so many businesses you can start without you needing any investment but in the long run you will need to cough up some cash in order for you to advertise your business and get yourself seen.
